The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, although in need of modernization. The location is superb, surrounded by well-tendered lawns and a golf course. The dining was good but not worth the high price. Friendly staff were helpful despite some unhelpful encounters. The facilities offer clean and spacious rooms with hairdryers and straighteners.
The hotel management made us feel like a burden for complaining about the smelly, outdated rooms with broken tiles, dirty carpets, and bed covers. The heat was unbearable, making me want to leave in the middle of the night.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was great with a nice reception area and bar for meetings, some aspects like room allocation and service fell short. The spa area was spacious and relaxing, but there were issues like a faulty jacuzzi. The dining experience had its highs and lows, offering good food options but a few quirks in service. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
